On October 13, 2015, Mr. Pat Cox, coordinator of the Scandinavian-Mediterranean TEN-T Corridor, on which the Fehmarnbelt Tunnel is located, visited the Fehmarnbelt Region. Together with Mr. Cox leading representatives from the region discussed the relevance of the Fehmarn tunnel for Europe and the region.
